Exporting into excel sheet

Does anyone know how to export information for a specific data range with the following information:
1. Host name
2. Action title
3. Date and time

I am getting 2 reports with the information I am looking for. Since the data is huge, I don't think its worth trying to merge both the information.

Can anyone help me with the creation of such a report.

There's not a single report you can extract that will give you that data. Via the API you would have to get type=visitors-list and type=actions-list, then associate then together via the session ID which would be listed in both. The hostname will be in the visitors-list report, and the title/time will be in actions-list.
