Media Traffic and Searches

I am new to Clicky and have it running on a new site since 9/1. I notice that although most of my traffic is from searches, there is a large number of media traffic - it is the second largest source of traffic.

When I look at the search analysis there are only two search terms so this is about 2% of the total searches. Obviously 100 people did not do image searches using only two specific queries.

Under what circumstances would Clicky not pick-up the search term that produced media traffic.

I am interested in this because it is not something I've given any consideration to, but it is something that clearly brings traffic to my site that I could began to optimize.

Google changed the URL structure for media searches so that the keyword is no longer in the referrer, so we (along iwth every other tracker) no longer have a way to get it.
