Other users goals showing up in my account?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a request, but why on earth am i seeing other peoples goals show up for my users?!?! I sure hope other people cant see what ive marked as goals on the users who visit my site and theres. This would be a massive privacy issue. I need an explanation.

Which site ID?

Well, it looks like this isnt happening on any of my sites anymore. I just had my user name changed. maybe that reset things? or maybe you guys fixed it? maybe it was a temporary bug?

I'll post a reply if it comes up again.

Also, for details sake, the goals were all being displayed in "All-Time Goals". I saw at least 20 listed on a site that only had 2 types of goals. =P

will keep you posted. thanks for the reply

Ah, I see... I've put this on our bug list to look into later, we may not be restricting that query to the site ID but rather just the visitor's unique cookie ID which could be spread across multiple sites if they have third party cookies enabled.

I did just look at the code and discovered that we weren't filtering by site ID, only Unique ID. So yes it was possible although extremely unlikely for one site's goals to appear in another all time goals list for a specific visitor. Just fixed it.

awesome. thats what i figured was happening.. just a query for a users ID.

and youre right, its a low chance somebody had their cookies enabled, went to multiple sites all using clicky, and accomplished goals... but i swear i saw a handful of users with a ton of goals. either way, glad it's fixed. thanks guys!
