Goals are not tracking since account downgrade / upgrade

Hello.

Yesterday my clicky monthly payment failed. I fixed it up, resubscribed, but now none of my goals are tracking correctly...

I haven't changed anything on my websites, and the goals exist in clicky, so not sure what's going on. Looks to be a bug of some sort.

Please assist!

Thanks.

check your clicky sitekey and id. it might have changed so the inserted code on your web pages will be incorrect.

Nope, still exactly the same. Everything is fine. Except
Goals no longer are tracking. You have a bug in your hands. See the other post fro someone else that indicated a similar scenario.

Goals get disabled when you get downgraded to the free plan, so you have to go back into the setup area and re-enable them.

Yep, found that out after emailing support. Might i suggest you check out the forum more often. It's taken 9 days for an answer. Quick response from support, but 9 days for a forum reply is a bit offputting. Cheers!
