Slow Clicky server response?Over the last few days I have found it extremely slow to refresh my 10 website overview and / or going into the individual sites as well. Just want to check-in if anybody else is receiving slow server responses?
Thanks, Vernon Chalmers

I've noticed the same as you. It takes long time to refresh/update the stats and also
when you goes from for example overview to visitors

Thanks for sharing - I also quite frequently receive a 'Server not found' response in Firefox. Not sure if it is also in Chrome, but I am all set-up in FF and just trying to determine cause(s). Quite frustrating as it wastes a lot of time per visit...but at least when loaded it is complete.

this clicky thing sucks, sorry to say that, but since i got it, it doesn't work right, it shows let's say 5 visitors for today and when u change it to the last 90 days it still shows 5 visitors, i have other tracking software installed that is showing many more different visitors and it is not search engine bots as they claim, as the ip addresses of the visitors is displayed also.i guess i just wasted some of my money.

Agree ... slow response loading individual sites and individual site data, filters, etc ...
What's the issue clicky?

When you have problems with the service, the first thing to check is the Clicky Twitter feed (last link on navigation bar on top). Here is what the folks write:
"We're moving to a new data center in the next 30-60 days. We'll write a detailed blog post with all details when we have them."
"The move will be on a Saturday and take about 4 hours. The web site will be offline during that time, but tracking will be uninterrupted."
All of you wrote on a Saturday :) Maybe this is the problem?

So I may have to struggle like this for 30 - 60 days? Been about a week already....Service is at times interrupted and compromised....more detailed communication from Clicky should be more appropriate....or am I missing something (not talking Twitter here)
My Google Analytics have never done this as far as I can remember. And it is a free service....come on Clicky I pay $9.99 p.m. and expect more ito service and pro / re-active communications.

Have had the same problem for the last week or so. I emailed Clicky support on July 12th, and their reply was the following:
--Yeah we've noticed it too and have contacted our data center to try to figure it out.
That was the last I heard. Seems to have gotten a little better for me since then, but still have some occasional slowness.

We are still trying to figure this out. It seems to come and go. As far as we can tell it is only affecting HTTPS connections. If we don't figure it out soon then we'll probably disable the HTTPS interface until it is resolved.
