Stats Are Wrong

For The Last 15 minutes the number of people on my site is completely off by about 90 % ... what is going on?

I cannot see any facts and figures for the two sites that I have

That's my turn, now, a huge drop for the two last hours, half of real audience - if I trust real time Google Analytics.

It's not showing all my visits right now either. I've gotten on my site from 2 differevt IP's, none are showing in my stats

We pushed a huge code change today, there were a few bugs but only lasted an about an hour. All should be well now!

Anyone still having issues? I have a new site I setup yesterday that is not showing any stats at all.

I just tested hitting both of my sites from two different IPs and I am not seeing either hit on either site. Still something weird going on I think.

I have had similar problems since Saturday. Sent supports request in and have not heard anything yet. Hopefully hear something today.

We now block your own traffic by default so that's why testing it yourself won't show anything.

@stunt101pmiey, we don't have any pending support requests that have to do with tracking requests?

stunt101pmiey, actually there is one (several) that appear to be from you, based on the name in your account. We are going through the backlog now, it was not given much attention over the weekend as we were deploying this release.

I have also a lack of stats starting from Saturday. I have customers who order from my shop and are not visible on spy.

Still no stats for me, come on Getclicky what is going on?

modernlighting, your site was one of my test beds. It's working fine now, try looking at yesterday's stats - it's like 3am over there so yeah you have almost no traffic today, but look at yesterday, it's back to normal.

spy & stats stopped recording after cache nuke 5hrs ago...I have logged on from 3 different ip's and the stats are NOT being recorded at all by Clicky. Any Ideas???

Clicky ignores your own traffic by default now.

Same here. No viable visitor stats for days. Says things like "8 visitors" on a day where I typically receive 500.

I have 'Spy' mode activated in one tab and Google Analytics Realtime in another. About 25% more visitors are appearing in Google Analytics. Both are installed from Cloudflare.

Not sure if it effects realtime traffic but for my sites google analytics was always high due to spam referrals.

So far clicky has been way more accurate and far easier to digest.

I have had two successful post engagement ads on facebook since Friday and none of the clicks are showing up in Clicky.
