Block IP ranges by country

We like many others use freelancers from amongst other India and China. They often use dynamic IP ranges and for sites like ours that are only addressing customers or audiences in specific countries it would be extremely valuable to be able ignore whole (country) IP ranges. (ore another magical way..)

Developers often flush cache and cookies so that option is not useful.
