Clicky.me not tracking

We are having very iffy success rates with clicky.me. Is there a wait period before the data is live on the clicky.me dashboard? I did not find anything in regards to this in your documentation. Also, I have tried both live within an email blast using the links, as well as simply copying and pasting the links into a browser.

I should note - these particular links were created on Nov 22nd, perhaps there is a lifespan for each link.

No one answered, and I have the same issue.
