Clicky is tracking my visits to my site

Hey, I noticed that Clicky is tracking my own visits to my site. I read where you place a cookie on my system so it would not do that.

Thoughts?

Thanks,
Bryan

Theoretically yes, when you log-in they put a cookie into your browser so that your visits will not be counted BUT if you uncheck this option in settings, delete the cookie, use another browser (still on your machine, as cookies are browser specific), etc... You will lose this affect and your visits will be logged.

Each time you log into Clicky it should be set (by the documentation I'm reading). My suggestion would be to clear your cookies then log back into Clicky on the browser (or browsers) you want to not be tracked. If that does not work there is a link under Preferences -> Visitor Tags & Filters that you can click and will set the cookie.
