Visit counts don't add up

When I look at an emailed report the total visits in the Cities section does not equal the total visits in the Hostnames section. It appears that if a visit cannot determine the location then the visit is left out of the Cities part of the report.

My primary use case for the report is to look at all the visits that are local to where I do business. I may be missing some visits that are not categorized into the Cities part of the report.

It would be nice that if in the Cities section of the report it listed "(unknown)" as an item. That way it would be possible to at least dig in and determine if those are visits that are interesting.

Example of such a report is for March 31, 2014 for my host westborosystem.
