Heat Map Icon Gone after Pro Upgrade

Heat maps were working fine with the free trial account.

I upgraded to the Pro account and now the heat map icon has disappeared from the Clicky on-site analytics box.

I went through the FAQ and cleared cache, tried different browser, still not heat maps.

Your big red YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE! box when posting a message says "please email us" but when you click that link, you get a page with no email address that says to post in the Forum! I hope this works.
