Not tracking new site

Hi, for some reason clicky isn't working on my new site. It works fine on all of my other sites.

I put it in the usual spot in my wordpress code, but it didn't track. I tried several other places in the code and nothing.

I put google analytics on to see if that would work and it did.

When I go to my new site I see the little clicky tracking on the bottom right, but it isn't registering visits.

Any ideas on why this is happening would be great :)

By the way, I'd put my url, but it appears I can't edit my forum posts here and I don't want to leave the url up so I'm leaving it out.

Ok. Nevermind. I figured it out. I had incorrect permission settings on header file.
