Heatmaps and basic tracking code

I used basic tracking code for my eBay store but I can't see any heatmaps generated for page. Are heatmaps working with basic non-java code?

AFAIK you don't have to include anything outside of normal click tracking code calls to get heatmap data. It is automatic. So if you are seeing other clicky tracking data for your website then heatmaps should also be available. No separate code to collect heatmaps. I get heatmaps on all my web sites using just the basic clicky tracking javascript code.

No special tracking code, but there is something you need to do in the site preferences to set up for heatmaps before it will begin collecting heatmap data...

did you do the little setup piece for the web site to tell heat maps about the alignment and width of your web site pages?

Check this earlier post for info about the setup and where to find heatmaps (sorry it is a post that contains two links to blog posts, but we can only enter one URL per forum post so it seemed best to point you at that discussion.)

Other than that, you need to either be within the free trial period or else buy up to a premium clicky account in order to get heatmap tracking.

Thanks Ed - I think I did set this up. Funny enough I can't even see heatmap icon in Content section. I upgraded to pro version already and that worries me.

As eBay descriptions are in iframe I'm wondering if this would case an issue - what's the best way to check if site is centered and it's width?

Page I have it set-up as a test is:
