Visitors displaying Organization rather than IP Address

The list of visitors is showing me the Organization (which in most cases is just the ISP and therefore common to lots of users) rather than individual IP addresses.

Can I change the default so it shows IP address instead of Organization?

Yes, in your user prefs, second to last check box.
