This is getting ridiculous...

At what point do we get a refund? This used to be solid, but lately it's been crashing a LOT. Very disappointing.

We're disabling the new 'real-time' (web socket) thing until we get a few more kinks ironed out and some automatic alerting and restarting when there's an issue.

So you probably don't need to know this at this point since it shouldn't happen again, but if this does happen again, try toggling to the 'casual' mode which is how spy used to work prior to a few weeks ago, that will bypass the web socket option and should always work.
