Is there a way of obtaining the contact details who/what company is looking at my website?

I wish to possibly contact the customer viewing my site, but I cannot find a way of obtaining the users detials, through their ip address for instance?

If you obtain one of the paid versions, you will be able to see the provider of the IP. Sometimes it is the business/company, sometimes it's an ISP so it's hit or miss. You will never be able to get exactly who (e.g. person's name and contact details) is visiting without them filling out a form or be a registered member of your site.
