Clicky Dashboard Blank

All has been well with Clicky for months. Today both PC's stopped displaying. Checked Javascript for errors and saw this:

Refused to display 'https://clicky.com/stats/?&site_id=100796147&iframe=1' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'SAMEORIGIN'

Any advice on getting around this issue?

Update - just to clarify this issue is in my Concrete5 CMS. I can view Clicky OK via clicky.com

Yeah for security reasons we don't allow any pages to be displayed inside frames anymore, except for one specific page designed for plugins specifically. I will email the author to tell him/her to update the URL.

Hi Admin,

What does this mean for me? Will Clicky make changes that will replicate out, or do I need to change something my end?

The dev hasn't responded to me yet. Basically he just needs to update the iframe URL that the plugin uses. Meantime you'll need to go to clicky.com directly to view your stats.

Hi Admin,

Is this issue likely to be resolved, or do you know if there is a workaround?

Cheers

The plugin dev told me he updated the plugin so it should be fixed, as long as you update the plugin on your end!

Hi,

Reinstalled - the issue is still there. Am I the only one experiencing this issue? If so something else must be wrong

Any suggestions?

Apologies

Its been so long since it worked, I used https, and not http.

Its working, but it seems a "skinny" version of the real thing.

It now does not show Visitors online, the number of visitors, nor there actions

Is there another update to this

Right, it's supposed to be a really basic version, then you click through to view the full stats. We never meant our entire site to be embedded in an iframe like some plugin devs were doing. For security we cannot allow that any longer. We've only made this one specific page available via iframe.

For further clarification, if I want to display the Clicky stats page within my own custom website (via https://clicky.com/stats/visitors?site_id=999999) using an iframe, I can no longer do this? I get the same "X-Frame-Options" warning. I don't even see basic info. What is the exact url I need for basic info - or any info at all?
Thanks.
