Build 100% commercial app on top of clicky?

Hi,

Let's say I wanted to build a completely commercial application on top of clicky... for example a stats tool that tracks events for people building subscription based websites.

Is Clicky OK with that? Do they encourage that with the whitelabel API?

Or, is the white label API not meant for 100% commercial resale applications?

I ask because in the API it is a bit woolly about this issue, and there are some notes saying that website stats profile provisioning must be managed by the api administrator (i.e. can not be automated via an api)

But if I was building a commercial APP I would need user signup to be completely automated and integrated via some kind of user management API.

If there is already a user management API then why does it say that new website accounts must be created by the api administrator?
