People Come, They Buy, They Go, And Sometimes Don't Leave a Trace

It happens only rarely, but we'll get people come to the site, go to our order page (which takes an average of 10 minutes for someone to make the selections they want), buy... and never show up at all in Clicky.

As I said, it's rare; but, it does happen. Anyone have any insight into this? We'd really prefer not to have to install G.A. (especially since we pay for Clicky), but we absolutely must have this data.

Most likely they are running an add-on/extension on their browsers that blocks the Clicky/GA probe. Your only choice is to track users on your end (the server) rather than theirs (the browser).
