only Middle East and UAE click my site

I see clicks on my site www.meobinarysignals.com comes only from Middle East, UAE,few from North Afica and very few from Nigeria since I started advertising my site through adwords campaigns. My site organic SEO is yet to grow. Is there anything I can do to make my site seen throughout the globe.

You should be able to set which countries your ads show up in, by changing the settings on your adwords campaigns
