Has anyone gotten Clicky to work with Zendesk?
I've been trying to add my tracking code to Zendesk.
I can add it in the "JS" section of our helpdesk template, but it never appears in the document.
Zendesk support has been useless.

Found this old post: https://clicky.com/forums/?id=8963#9626
not sure if anything has changed, though.

Thanks, I saw that earlier. Unfortunately, the link given in that thread gives a 404 error.
I'm now on my 3rd email with "Tier 2 Support," no luck.

It seems Zendesk supports only Google Analytics - the setup procedures asks for the ID of a web property but doesn't let you insert the tracking code itself.

But I also see reference to a 'Zendesk Global JavaScript widget' which seems to be some sort of a platform where you can create JS widgets. I am not a coder myself and can't readily judge if that would work for you, but you can have a look at the documentation:
"Widgets are html fragments that can be embedded directly on any page of the Zendesk Classic
interface and the end-user facing Web portal. Use widgets to integrate external data into your
Zendesk. You can furthermore access all of the data in your Zendesk via JSON, mash-up with
external data, and even replace existing elements in the help desk layout."

Good luck!

Thanks for the info. I looked into it, that's unfortunately not a solution for this.
It seems that only Google Analytics is supported by Zendesk.

Actually, just found a way to make it work.
Zendesk allows you to add code to the helpdesk template's "Document head" section, I was trying to add it in the "JS" section.

So, the tracking code is appearing in helpdesk pages.
