What does the 'floppy disk' symbol mean in reality?

Hi,

I have a photography Wordpress website that runs Justified Image Grid plugin. This shows my images in a justified grid, then someone can click on one to see it larger in a lightbox.

I see a LOT of image URLs next to a floppy disk image. This suggests these are images that have been downloaded to someone's computer, but I suspect in reality it's just tracking someone clicking on an image to see it larger in a lightbox.

Can anyone confirm?

Cheers,
Owen

When someone accesses an image URL they are technically "downloading" that file. Most lightboxes work off an html link tag so in theory they are "accessing" the image directly, Clicky I believe tracks these direct image accesses by what you're seeing.
