Record goal once per user across all sessions

I realize that by default a goal will only trigger once per session. I have a one-time goal that I only want to count a single time per user. I have a problem where users are bookmarking the "goal completion" page and then return to that page.

I realize I can solve this problem by changing the workflow on my side, but a setting to record a goal once per user ever would be really handy.

Easy solution for the short-term or if Clicky can't do this is set a cookie to your user on goal completion. Then check if it is there when they come back, if it is there don't push the goal to Clicky and if not then push the goal to Clicky.
