Logging of files not related to website

I have a few file on my server which are not linked to any page on my website. Instead, they are served through direct links, like in my email signature.

Is there any way of still tracking these individual files? They are on the same domain as one of my Clicky websites.

There's not a way to track those unfortunately. Since our code runs within an HTML document, accessing files directly is something we can't track.
