Are you wanting to track people who open and click your links via Clicky? This can't really be done via Clicky as email doesn't render javascript, you would have to use a service like MailChimp or Constant Contact to get these statistics.

What is available via Clicky is campaign tracking so that you send out an email with a link to your website then using the utm_campaign extension on the URL there is the campaign setup and you are able to track visitors who come to YOUR website via that link.
