Clicky API REST return not filtering by Custom type.

Hoping that our REST call is accurate (keys redacted), however it seems that today our calls to type actions-list aren't being filtered correctly:

http://api.clicky.com/api/stats/4?site_id=&sitekey=&custom[email]=&type=actions-list&date=2014-06-17&output=json&limit=100

Instead, we are returning all actions for the date, instead of by the custom[email] filter.
