Is There A Way to Analyse Per Hour?

Hi, I noticed an unusual spike in my analytics on a site at 1pm today. I wanted to find out if there was a way to drill into the analytics to see which traffic source this came from and which page(s) caused the spike?

Go to "Visitors" and you'll see a breakdown of your visitors. What time they accessed, their referrer, etc... unfortunately you'll have to click deeper to see pages visited.

Sorry, first time trying your service. Installed the tracking code on the home page of my website, then tested it by having my wife click on the homepage.

Analytics is not showing this new visitor? Is there a delay between the time when someone clicks on my website and the time it shows in my analytics?
