Upgrade Notification

"...we've noticed that your account is logging more traffic than it should be...please upgrade your account....You are paying for 10,000 daily actions (page views, outbound links, etc), but you're logging an average of 13,837 per day."

What?! I don't understand.

We're paying for a Pro subscription ($59 per yr) for 30,000 page views per day, and we shouldn't have to renew until March of 2015.

Please clarify/explain why we need to upgrade.

You need to submit a support ticket.

The forum is mostly users helping each other.

Sometimes tech support looks in on us but the best way to ensure they receive your request is to contact support directly.
