Stats not working

hello

i installed clicky a week ago while i was in another country and everything was working fine.
now i have returned home and it is not counting any visits, not even my own. i did absolutely nothing and it just stopped working.
i tried logging in with mobile devices and my own desktop computer and it is strange that it doesn't recored any visits.

what can i do?

Things to do:

A. Make sure your tracking code is being displayed on the pages you want. (View the source code and look for the tracking script).
B. If A renders true, make sure you're visiting your site in a browser that you haven't logged into Clicky with.
C. If you did not manually insert the tracking code and used a 3rd party plugin to install into a CMS/whatever (Drupal, Wordpress, etc...) contact the developer of the plugin.

i am using site similar to smug-mug to create my site.
tracking code is displayed in the body section and it was working one week ago.
i changed nothing and it doesn't work anymore.
no visits are tracked and I visited my sites from several mobile devices, computers on different addresses.
i installed statcounter as well and it is working.
i like clicky more but i don't know what can i do.
