Spy Stopped Working

Spy down for anyone else? Just stopped working out of the blue for all our sites.

same here, sometimes with F5 and clear nuke cache it come back but just no single connection shown. Same on firefox/chrome/iOS8

spy is down for me. the nuke cache option does not work

Down here too. Nuked cache and nothing. Firefox on PC and Chrome on Android.

yes, it is down here as well, we can not see anything on SPY but we do see the number of visitors (Chrome)

Yes, its down here as well. Tried everything, Nuke Cache, deleted cookies, browser reset but nothing changed. I cannot see anything.

Spy not working again - seemed to be fixed but gone again was fine yesterday

again Spy has gone AWOL. this is the most used feature for me at the moment. frustrating they're having issues

Spy not working again - Clicky is becoming very unreliable causing me to think its time for a change as it is recording less and less actual hits anyway and has been down intermittently for several days recently. A case of too many customers and not enough investment in server capacity I wonder?

2nd time in a week - are you going to fix this permanently , a basic feature

Spy has been very slow updating through the past week...now it is completely down this morning

Going back to Casual mode fixed the Spy

I was going to join, but during my trial spy malfunctioned for considerable time.
I get the feeling there is no one at the helm.

Can someone suggest another company?

See reply in the other thread. Casual mode (which was the only mode available until recently) will always work, but the new "real-time" mode is still exhibiting some kinks under heavy load despite our extensive testing.
