How to see specific time and source

I can't figure out where to find this info:

for example let's say I wasn't at home two days and I see I had a spike in traffic two days ago.

And it happened between 3 and 4 PM.

How can I isolate that range (two days ago, between 3 and 4 PM) to see where the spike came from (traffic sources or something).

All I can figure out is how to see a whole day.

Don't have a report that does that sorry :(
