No visitors!
Hi
Is there any database update going? I have at least 60+ visitors everyday, and today there are none. Myself visited the website, got others to visit it to but it simply is not logging. Any idea, why?
Thanks,
Nab

Verify the code is appearing on the pages you want tracked by checking the browser generated HTML source code of the page.

"Verify the code is appearing on the pages you want tracked by checking the browser generated HTML source code of the page."
Don't know who put this answer, but it really is a dumb one! Code does not suddenly vanish from a page. If it worked before, and does not anymore, it's not because the code is gone! I have the very same problem, see visitors in Google Analytics, and none in Clicky, for the very same day, and believe me, the code is properly in all pages.....

The same is happening to me. No visitors at all.

My clicky showed 10 yesterday, but Yola, which is the site I host on, showed 32 so there's a problem here. Now it's showing no visitors.

@Yawpick, make sure you're comparing overall visitors to overall visitors or unique visitors to unique visitors... or the equivalent on each system as unique visitors to overall visitors aren't comparable. Second, find out if "Yola" removes bots from it's statistics, Clicky does and in my experience will give you a more accurate number.
If you are getting real visitors and not showing in Clicky, verify your tracking code is placed on the pages you want tracked and there is no conflicting scripts.

it appears clicky is just ignoring everyone and not answering concerns published in the support forum. plus the site was down today for most of the day. i just cancelled my subscription.

@sjfischer77, I don't work for Clicky but this is a user forum, where users help each other out. Clicky states there is no guarantee of an answer if you post in here. You will need to email them to get a direct answer.

Two days ago there were no visitors even though there were over 30 visitors according to Yola, yesterday it showed one visitor and today there are no visitors again. Considering what everyone else here is saying, there is something wrong with Clicky. Just fix this Clicky.

All my accounts are reporting the correct number of visitors.
If you have Google Analytics installed I would compare you numbers on Clicky to those and your Yola account, if not I would suggest installing Google Analytics as a secondary reporting tool to compare (it's free!). Your "Yola" tool may be the inaccurate one.

As of Aug 19th, my visitor count also vanished. Both Clicky and GoSquared are integrated with Segment.io.. yet, for some reason Clicky no longer shows visitors, while GoSquared does..
I personally prefer Clicky, so hopefully this gets fixed.

This worked for me, delete the Clicky tracking code and get it from the preferences and put it back in the footer again.
The Clicky logo disappeared from the footer of my website for some reason, but the html was still there, I put the tracking code back in and the Clicky logo is back and I'm seeing visitors again.
Have a look at your website where the Clicky logo should be.

I installed three days ago and have the same problem...confirmed code is correct and logo appears but 0 stats for all three days reported by Clicky. Yet W3, Google and Bing all show traffic for the same period of time. Have uninstalled and re-installed with no change.

I've been seeing this behavior the last couple of weeks, sometimes I'll visit on 3G on my mobile (to avoid any filtering on IPs I have setup) and it just won't log or show in spy at all. Not sure what's going on.

The JS to in.php (running on clicky's script) returns:
var NO_PINGY=1;
// exit: oss
var o_O
Not sure if that's any help

Having same problem all of a sudden. The only data reporting on
dashboard is Avg. Time and Bounce Rate.

Looks like there is a database issue here. I'm missing a lot on my dashboard too. It stopped like 16 hours ago.

We are running 41 sites on clicky. Three of our sites are reporting zero visitors but 20+ online at any given time. When I go to spy visitors start to track but this behaviour is not translated to the dashboard. All that is showing on the dashboard is average time on site and also the bounce rate. This behaviour on all three sites in question started at a about 4:00 PM yesterday. On average we receive about 3,000 visitors per day on each site so this is a glitch that I hope Clicky is aware of and is in the process of correcting.
Btw... we verified that the Clicky script is on all pages.

No news from the Clicky staff on this? I lost a lot of data as well. Seems to be fine today though but would be nice to know what happened.

I sent an email to Clicky support on this problem and did indeed receive a prompt reply that identified the problem (database issue), and that they were currently sorting out and fixing the issue. In addition I received an apology for the problem that we were having.
My experience in the past with Clicky is that they usually sort of these issues fairly quickly...
As of this writing the issues with my sites have been corrected... hope this helps.
