Disable dashboard fixed menu when scrolling

When looking at stats, the menu is stuck at the top in a fixed position when scrolling down. Most of the time it's fine, but I occasionally want to take a scrolling snapshot of a page using a Chrome or Firefox screen shot extension, but the fixed menu gets in the way.

I'd prefer to disable it as I don't much use it anyway. If a setting can't be built into preferences, is there a "user script" or something that can be ran client-side to disable whatever javascript is kicking it into action?
