track and list a merge tag from mailchimp

I was wondering how I can achieve the following.
I have a list in Mailchimp. Each subsriber has a unique ID. I put this ID in the clickable link so that each subscriber clicks an individual link,

Now how can I track this IDs (users) in Clicky.
