Is this normal?

I can get a lot more information from awstats than from clicky. For instance, there is way more referring site information from aw stats. Is this normal?

Also, I recently enabled a setting I once found to the effect of "show bots" and it is only showing a fraction of the bots that visit my site.

Do these sounds like symptoms of a deeper problem, like some kind of technical problem -- or is this just the way it is?
