Discrepancy between visits reported in Clicky and ads seen in Adsense

If I get a number of page impressions in adsense but only a couple of visitors in Clicky... there must be a problem with the reporting of visits - and all the rest - in clicky ! Has anyone had the same problem... and has a solution. Or should I ask the help desk?

Yes I have. I stopped clicky for awhile for that very reason and I haven't included the new campaigns into clicky yet. If you use google analytics url for you ads you can really narrow down the reporting discrepancies. I even asked clicky support about it and they didn't really have an answer.
