Still on Basic after upgrade

Our account was set to Basic because the card associated with was expired, but I've upgraded again to Premium Pro 9 hours ago and the account it's still Basic.
Being in Europe we've lost almost an entire day of tracking, it's not the end of the world, but it would be great to have it solved.
I've write to support as well, to no avail.
