Heat Maps not reporting Youtube videos

We do not report any "clicks" on our iframe embedded youtube videos using heat maps. Does this work for HMs? (Also, we are using the Clicky youtube tracking script in case that might affect anything.) The video is getting played as we can see the visitors in the youtube analytics panel.
