Alerts when a visitor arrives?

Is there a way to receive an alert when a tagged visitor arrives on my website?

Yes. If you have a paid account you can use the "Alerts" feature to send a various channel alert when a visitor that has been added to your Visitor Tag section (ie, either you'll need some tie to your website database to know the user or you'll need to know the user's IP). Alternatively, you can also get an alert when the user from an Organization comes in.
