Heatmaps

Hello theluxbay.com here we upgraded to a pro pleus plan yesterday, I cannot see heatmaps, I have tried prefs, prefs liquid dynamic centre everything, i also installed a new tracking code, still cannot see heatmaps, do they take some time to kick in ?

Yes, they take some time to gather data and provide you the heatmap. You will see the heatmap on visitors or content once they generate.
