Possible to disable pinging for one page?

I would like to selectively disable pinging for one page of my site. It heavily uses Ajax polling for a live application, and when some clicky pings occasionally hang up, it freezes the application. I like the pinging on all other pages, and I have a clicky goal for this particular page, so I don't want to remove the script completely (but I will if I have to).

The documentation says that the timeout variable can be set from 5 minutes to 4 hours. Can that also be used to turn it off completely?

There isn't a way to disable tehe pinging right now. I didn't think anyone would ever want to do that :) But if it's causing you problems I will definitely consider adding an option to do so.

Where do I find information on how to disable pinging? I went to the above link (http://getclicky.com/help/customization#ping_disable) and got a 404 error. I realize this information was from 7 years ago.
