Icloud Private Relay

Thus far more than 50% of users show as "Icloud Private Relay". That would mean they are paying Apple iCloud users, and they opted in for private relay. I think something else triggering this designation, such as Apple Safari's -

• Prevent cross-site tracking
• Hope IP address from trackers

Hoping somebody can shed a bit more light on this.

Hi, Safari has a setting just for trackers to pass that data thru iCloud. That part is free.
