Tracking history request

Hello, Clicky Team,

I've been used your analytics system for a while. It's great and easy to use. During checking the reports, may I know why some links been visited will be added /flags=XXXX parameters? Once the ingoing visitors come via the links modified with parameters, the page counter counts the links with parameters as a new page. Actually, the links with some parameters should be the same.

Thus, I wounder if anything I set is wrong, or I should set something to avoid this?
