Can't add new site

Hello,

I can't add a new site. Instead, I get this error: "There was a problem adding that domain to your account. You may have left the hostname field blank, entered invalid characters, and tried to register a banned domain. Please try again!"

Everything is correct, tried many times. I e-mailed the support a few days ago but didn't receive a response.

I'm on the $9.99 plan.
The domain has .top extension. Maybe this might be the problem? How can I solve this issue?

Still no response to my e-mail

Due to spam, we've had to ban a few TLDs, and ".top" is one of them. You can still track these TLDs, we just have to register them manually for you.

So I just added this site to your account now.
