Bit.ly links not working

I've got a public bit.ly link, and everything set up as described, but nothing is showing up on clicky to let me know that anyone has (or hasn't) clicked. Any suggestions?

Well, I know this feature is not broken on our end. It's still working fine in our demo:

I'm glad to know it's working in your demo, but it's not working for me despite following the instructions, I'd appreciate it if you could offer some support.

I checked your setup and you entered http://bit.ly/u/intuitionhq instead of just your username, intuitionhq. I fixed it, now it's working. Sorry!
