Dynamic Goals through PHP

I would like to know if Clicky's API would allow to use dynamic goals through PHP. That is, a server side PHP call would be made in order to create a goal dynamically instead of javascript

Yes. Instead of sending goal[id], send goal[name] instead, e.g. goal[name]=My+goal
