Add a year drop-down/select box menu in the datepicker

Just a minor request. Could you consider adding a year dropdown/select box to the datepicker? It can be more convenient when needing to grab stats from prior years than using the previous/next arrows. Thanks.

I would also love the ability to compare today to one year ago today, or this month to the same month last year. Sometimes that's a very telling metric.
