Chrome Extension No Longer Supported – Will There Be an Update?
I've been a long-time user of the Clicky Monitor Chrome extension to quickly view live visitor data for my websites. Unfortunately, Chrome has recently disabled the extension, stating it's no longer supported.
Is there any plan to release a supported version of the extension? I rely on it heavily for real-time monitoring, and it’s been a valuable part of my workflow.
Appreciate any update you can share.

1 here also - only way to get it working was to install Chrome Dev which allowed it to run

Hi, I had contacted the dev a few months ago to ask about updating it, he said he planned to soon. I just sent him a follow up now.

I'd be happy to contribute to the development in $$ - it's that useful.

Also, he needs to update the endpoint to clicky.com, not getclicky.com, which the existing extension currently calls.

@click Admin - Thanks for the response. The Chrome extension will definitely give Clicky a greater competitive edge. I hope we see it soon.

Dev said he just pushed an update out today, but Google has to approve it before it goes live.

Woke up this morning, launched Chrome, and it asked me if I want to re-enable Clicky. I said "heck ya!" lol. Thank you, Clicky Team, for your quick response and support on this issue. I think it's a win-win situation. Keep up the great work!

Regarding the history permission that the plugin will ask for... "Clicky Monitor has access to Chrome's tabs because it needs to open a new tab for the options page on first run and any time you want to edit your sites—and for this reason you get a warning about browsing history because that would enable the extension to see the names of your open tabs."
