Email reports / alerts / etc

The nature of our service is that we send a lot of emails: site reports, payment receipts, alerts, password resets, canceled and expiring subscriptions notices... thousands upon thousands of these things, every single day. Any service that sends a high volume of email will get misflagged as spam by some blacklists and/or ISPs.

This is usually the cause of not getting an email you were expecting. Check your spam folder. Even if it's not in there, there's a reasonable chance the email was flat out rejected by your mail provider because of strict suchety such rules on their mail server. However there is one possible exception...

Email receipts

At the time your subscription is created is when your then current email is passed on to our merchant provider, for the specific purpose of being able to send you email receipts. If you update your email on Clicky, that update is not passed onto our merchant provider. In this case you will need to contact us and we can update it manually.

Keep in mind you can still access your payment history and print receipts and invoices from your payments page.
