Premium features:
All features available with all paid accounts, except heatmaps and uptime monitoring require a Pro Plus or higher account.
Spy
View a real time stream of people on your website - no refreshing required!
By far and away, this is the most beloved feature of our service.

Sub-user accounts
Create additional user accounts, with their own login credentials, and assign them access to specific sites.
You can create as many users as the number of sites your account can track.
Path analysis
Analyze popular visitor paths and drop off points throughout your website.
Email reports
Receive daily, weekly, or monthly email reports that can be customized to have
only the information you care about. Each report can be sent to up to
10 unique email addresses.
Heatmaps
View heatmaps of visitor clicks on every page of your website,
including the ability to segment by goals, split tests, and more.
* Only available with Pro Plus or higher accounts.

Engagement reports
View a summary of your visitors' engagement levels, so you can see what percentage of
your visitors are the most or the least engaged with your website. You can view this
both by total page views, or total time on site.

Custom data tracking
Attach custom data to visitors, such as usernames or email addresses.
Particularly useful if your website has accounts the users login to, or if you are running campaigns that
include information about the person viewing it.

More data history
Free plans are limited to 30 days of history. Paid plans have indefinite history,
with the exception of individual visitors and actions. These take up an enormous
amount of space, so are only guaranteed for 6 months.
Data export
Export your data to CSV or XML to save permanently on your computer.
Goals & revenue
A goal can be considered a 'successful' visit, such as someone who registers an account or purchases a product.
Clicky lets you define what goals are important to you so you can determine how well your website is working.
You can also track revenue. There is a limit of 30 goals per website.

Long term metrics
Quickly compare anyone's current visit with their first visit.
We'll also tie conversions (goals) to their first visit so you can see which referrers,
campaigns, and more are leading to the best long term outcomes for your business.
Split testing
Improve your conversions by split testing your visitors
Campaigns
If you run ads on the internet, including email, campaign tracking is an important feature to monitor the success of your ads.
Clicky is fully compatible with Google Analytics campaign tags (utm_...). You can also pre-define campaigns in our system to
match referring domains or landing pages that you care about.

Alerts
Receive alerts when something happens on your website, such as a goal being completed
or a visitor arriving from a search query. There are four alert types:
Desktop, Sound, Twitter, and Email.
Multiple dashboards
Create multiple dashboards per site, with the ability to assign each dashboard as the 'default' for any sub-user.
Better bounce rate
Our tracking code will periodically 'ping' our tracking servers while a visitor remains on a single page.
We use this to calculate more accurate bounce rates and 'time on site' values, compared to most other services.
On-site analytics
Stats embedded within your website automatically, viewable only by you.
View a list of all visitors online now, visitors viewing a certain page, and more.
Uptime monitoring
Uptime checks are used to verify that your website or other services such as mail are online.
When an endpoint goes offline, we will alert you. Likewise, we will alert you again when it is back online.
All events are logged to our database so you can view historical reports of when any endpoint
went offline, and for how long.
* Only available with Pro Plus or higher accounts.
